Chef Ratha will be cooking at CAFÉ LODGE again!
This time, you can enjoy a brand new menu with tantalising French classics that he does so well. Prawn bisque laced with brandy, perfectly seared scallops served with strawberry chutney, coq au vin topped with foie gras, his signature duck confit on cauliflower puree and a delicious vanilla bean crème brulee.
This menu will be available every Friday at dinner from 1 July to 26 August 2022.
